The AOLWGY series intelligent integrated turbine flowmeter is a new generation of turbine flowmeter with the characteristics of simple structure, lightweight, high accuracy, good reproducibility, sensitive response, and easy installation, maintenance, and use. It is widely used for measuring liquids in closed pipelines that do not corrode stainless steel 1Cr18Ni9Ti, 2Cr13, corundum AI2O3, and hard alloys, and have no impurities such as fibers or particles. The working temperature has a kinematic viscosity of less than 5X10-6m2/S. For liquids with a kinematic viscosity greater than 5X10-6m2/S, the flowmeter can be calibrated for real liquid before use. If paired with display instruments with special functions, it can also perform quantitative control, over limit alarm, etc., making it an ideal instrument for flow measurement and energy conservation.
Working principle
The fluid flows through the sensor housing. Due to the angle between the blades of the impeller and the flow direction, the impulse of the fluid causes the blades to have a rotational torque. After overcoming the friction torque and fluid resistance, the blades rotate. After the torque is balanced, the speed is stable. Under certain conditions, the speed is proportional to the flow velocity. Due to the magnetic conductivity of the blades, they are in the magnetic field of the signal detector (composed of magnetic steel and coils). The rotating blades cut the magnetic field lines and periodically change the magnetic flux of the coil, causing electrical pulse signals to be induced at both ends of the coil. This signal is amplified and shaped by an amplifier to form a continuous rectangular pulse wave with a certain amplitude, which can be transmitted to a display instrument to display the instantaneous flow rate or total amount of the fluid. Within a certain flow range, the pulse frequency f is proportional to the instantaneous flow rate Q of the fluid flowing through the sensor, and the flow equation is:

The instrument coefficient of each sensor is filled in the calibration certificate by the manufacturer, and the k value is set in the matching display instrument to display the instantaneous flow rate and cumulative total amount.

Turbine flow sensor/transmitter
This type of turbine flow product itself does not have on-site display function, only transmitting and outputting flow signals remotely. Flow signals can be divided into pulse signals or current signals (4-20mA); The instrument is inexpensive, highly integrated, and compact in size, making it particularly suitable for use with computer control systems such as secondary displays, PLCs, and DCS.
Intelligent integrated turbine flowmeter
The intelligent integrated turbine flowmeter is a new type of intelligent instrument developed using advanced ultra-low power single-chip microcomputer technology, which integrates turbine flow sensors and display integration. It adopts dual row LCD on-site display and has obvious advantages such as compact structure, intuitive and clear readings, high reliability, no external power interference, lightning resistance, and low cost. The instrument has three-point correction of instrument coefficient, intelligent compensation of instrument coefficient nonlinearity, and can be corrected on site. The high-definition LCD display simultaneously displays instantaneous flow rate (4 significant digits) and cumulative flow rate (8 significant digits, with reset function). Keep all valid data intact for 10 years after power failure. This type of turbine flowmeter is an explosion-proof product with an explosion-proof rating of ExdIIBT6.
