It meets the requirements of the food, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology industries, with high-quality materials that comply with hygiene standards. The superior surface finish achieves a liquid-contact surface roughness of Ra=0.4μm (welded areas: Ra<0.8μm).
Through various aseptic connection measures, the process connection is designed based on hygienic requirements, featuring a fully welded stainless steel housing with a protection rating of IP67. The product can withstand process temperatures up to 200°C with the use of a heat sink assembly.
