1, Principle of Ultrasonic Distance Measurement
The ultrasonic transducer emits high-frequency ultrasonic pulses onto the surface of the measured medium. The sound waves propagate at a fixed speed in the medium and reflect back to the transducer upon encountering the surface of the medium (such as liquid or solid materials). After receiving the reflected wave, the transducer accurately calculates the time interval Δ t from the transmitted pulse to the received pulse through the built-in circuit. According to the formula, distance L=sound velocity C × Δ t/2 (due to the back and forth propagation of sound waves, it needs to be divided by 2), the actual distance from the transducer to the surface of the medium can be obtained. At the same time, the equipment optimizes echo signal processing through Outec's exclusive long wave, medium wave, and short wave algorithms, and utilizes manual/automatic sound speed correction functions to compensate for sound speed changes in real-time based on environmental temperature and humidity, ensuring measurement accuracy of 0.2% FS.

3, Flexible adaptation capability
(1) Transducer selection
We provide various frequency ultrasonic transducers such as 100kHz, 64kHz, 40kHz, 26kHz, 21kHz, etc. The high frequency is suitable for short distance high-precision measurement, and the low frequency is suitable for long-distance and strong interference environment detection. At the same time, the transducer materials include ABS, POM, PTFE: ABS is economical and durable, suitable for conventional environments; POM has excellent corrosion resistance and wear resistance; PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) has chemical stability and can withstand strong corrosive media such as strong acids and alkalis, making it suitable for different working conditions.

(1) Measurement mode
Supports two working modes of dual independent level measurement and liquid level difference comparison, which can synchronously monitor data from two points and accurately calculate the liquid level difference. It is widely used in fields such as water supply and drainage, water conservancy engineering, and industrial tank monitoring.
(2) Alarm and output
-Alarm function: Equipped with 2-4 relay alarm outputs, users can freely and independently set alarm thresholds to achieve over limit warning and equipment linkage control.
-Analog output: 2-channel 4-20mA standard current transmission output, which can correspond to the level values of each circuit or flexibly switch to liquid level difference data output, seamlessly integrated with PLC, DCS and other control systems.
-Digital Communication: Integrated RS485 communication interface (Modbus protocol), optional 4G full network wireless communication module or LoRa wireless RF transmission module, to meet the needs of remote data acquisition and real-time monitoring.

It can simultaneously display measurement values, distance data, and multiple echo curves.
